CENTURY 21 Mike Bowman, Inc. remains a leader
in technology. More than nine years ago, Mike and Jeff Bowman developed
the IBroker software program that provides a very efficient front
desk operation and customer service management.
Using this technology, our customer service
department provides follow up information to the agent with the
buyer and seller. This allows our agents to be more productive by
saving time and out-of-pocket expenses.
In the past five years, our research and
development team has created a web site that has served as a valuable
tool for buyers and sellers across the country and around the world
to view real estate properties for sale in the North Texas area.
This web site attracts more than one million hits and more than
50,000 property searches each month.

Our multiple listing department is
always ready to help agents with the details and paperwork of the
real estate transaction. Responsibilities include entering listing

Cash Disbursement Authorization (CDA), and maintaining up-to-date

Receptionist and Showing Appointment Coordinators
Our receptionists understand that agents
and the broker want as many customer calls as possible to come into
the office. If these calls are handled properly and efficiently,
the productivity of the office will increase dramatically.
Each buyer and seller call received from an agent's
sign or marketing efforts is quickly given to that agent for fast
response and logged into the agent's database for follow-up.
The receptionist ensures that agents receive buyer
and seller leads so that they may reap maximum benefits from their
efforts.
The receptionist, showing coordinators, and agents work together
as a team to ensure that customers and clients receive better than
expected service.
Agents can access showing appointments for
the seller at any time. This information reflects the name of the
showing agent, the brokerage, and the time and date of each showing.

Feedback Coordinators
Our trained coordinators schedule
more than 625 showing appointments each week and provide our agents
with automatic feedback reports for their sellers. This service
provides our sellers with up-to-date feedback on potential buyers
viewing their property at no cost to the agent. Receiving quality
feedback on a seller's property is necessary to determine the marketability
of their home.
As a company, we are committed to providing
our agents and sellers with quality feedback information so that
the sale of their home will be processed expediently. Sellers may
receive information on all showings of their property at any time.
Every month a feedback report on all showing appointments will be
automatically mailed to each seller.

Leads Management System
A licensed real estate assistant helps our
agents follow up with their buyer and seller calls in order to keep
in touch with these clients and customers until they are ready to
buy or sell. The Leads Management
system tracks buyer and seller calls until they are ready to purchase
or sell. At this time buyers and sellers are given back to the agent
so they may begin to work with a motivated prospect. This service
saves our agents time and money at no additional cost. This
system also allows agents and assistants to follow-up on leads for
their future business. This is one reason why our agents are among
the top in the North Texas Region.

We are the Broad Listing Broker (BLB) for
First Preston Management, Inc. We market foreclosed HUD properties
through the NTREIS Multiple Listing Service. CENTURY 21 Mike Bowman,

training sessions, answering questions and distributing HUD keys.
